**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for working closely with the Global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process organization as a core member of Global SAP Planning team. Responsibilities include assisting in planning activities, providing work estimates, developing functional design specifications, configuring SAP IBP & Demand Planning (DP) modules, supporting project management, testing, training, and developing documentation.

**Essential Functions**:

- Provide analysis and support for IT projects relative to SAP IBP/DP. These projects include configuration and implementation of the APO DP, IBP Sales & Operations, IBP Demand, IBP Inventory Optimization, and IBP Control Tower modules and processes.
- Active involvement in the preparation, conceptualization, realization and Go Live of business implementation projects in harmony with other functional areas
- Provide support of SAP IBP/DP modules including analyzing and solving incidents, continuous improvements, releases, enhancement packages, upgrades while following global processes.
- Support the monthly data load process including the validation of any data issues and coordinating resolution with the responsible business.
- Participate on process improvement teams utilizing Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
- Provide support of SAP APO DP regarding the current system setup including the transition to IBP Demand
- Support the integration to other ERP modules including PP/APO, MM, SD, and BI.

**Knowledge**:

- Strong business process and system analysis skills with the ability to recognize problems and implement solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and/or SAP APO DP concepts and transactions, particularly within the automotive and rail industries desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP logistics modules preferred.
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM project management methodologies

**Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years of IT analytical experience, Minimum 3 years position relevant or comparable software experience.
- Experience in full-cycle implementation of SAP IBP desirable.
- Experience in configuring APO DP, SAP IBP modules Sales & Operations, IBP Demand, IBP Inventory Optimization, and IBP Control Tower. Experience in Response & Supply is a plus.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related discipline.
- Project Management & support experience a plus.
- SAP Academy certification a plus.
- English language skills required
- Greenbelt certification a plus

**Position Requirements**:

- This position requires approximately 15% travel annually, both domestic and international.
