**Logistics Operations Planning Analyst**:

**Desafíos del rol**:

- Entender los modelos de forecasting y proponer nuevas opciones de automatización de procesos del área.
- Brindarle servicio a diferentes áreas, tales como Warehouse, Customer Service, Planning y Transporte, por lo cual se necesita un buen manejo de stakeholders.
- Es parte del rol la implementación de herramientas para digitalización y/o automatización de reportes y procesos.
- Buena Data Analystic

**Responsabilidades**:

- Dar visibilidad al negocio de las Proyecciones de Facturación, así como del seguimiento diario consolidado de ingreso de pedidos, alocación y Facturación Real vs. FCST para establecer la estrategia operativa.
- Realizar la proyecciones de ocupación para el Centro de Distribución Unilever a corto y mediano plazo y dar seguimiento a la ejecución de los planes con los equipos de Planning, CS, Transporte y WH.
- Otorgar información relevante del análisis de datos para resolución de problemas y mejora continua.
- Realizar propuesta de mejora de forecast y seguimiento con las áreas involucradas para la mejora de los KPIs correspondientes.

**Certificaciones**:

- Logistica /Planeación /Forecasting

**Skills técnicos**:

- Excel Avanzado.
- Conocimiento de SAP.
- Analisis de la información
- Manejo de grandes bases de datos y mucho análisis de los mismos.
- Deseable: BI, Business Analytics, SQL

**Inglés**:

- Básico - intermedio

**Herramientas y sistemas**:

- Paquetería Office
- Power BI
- SAP
