Renamed automotive company based in Mexico State.

Your new role

As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for the development and well being of the materials area for two sites in Mexico, you will control purchasing area, development of suppliers and handle international negotiations, supervise logistics area organizing transportation, creating and consolidating inventory policies and analyzing data from shipping and delivery processes to find bottlenecks and other issues, evaluate KPIs and establish company supply chain strategy, monitor logistics providers and warehouses finding cost effective solutions for supply chain processes, resolve issues and supply risks collaborating with other departments to create coordinated plans for the business growth, ensure continuous supply through strong stakeholder management with suppliers ensuring legal requirements and standards, implement continuous improvement strategies leading strong teams achieve goals for the company.

What you will need
- Bachelor´s Degree Concluded
- 5 or more years of experience in a supply chain or materials managerial position for the automotive sector.
- Extensive experience managing sourcing strategies and purchasing activities for metals and aluminum.
- Experience supervising logistics, warehouses, and customer service.
- Analytical abilities, management skills and hands on.
- ERP Knowledge (desirable SAP)
- Advanced English.
