As a SR PROCESS ENGINEER, you will standardize manufacturing processes and operating procedures of production areas to improve efficiency, reducing variation and waste in production processes, ensuring process safety. Transfer technology or best practices among PPG's sister plants. Process Design and Capital Projects.

Improve the quality of manufactured products by promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Innovate processes to reduce the time it takes to manufacture products.
- Implement processes that minimize the loss of materials in production processes.
- Verify compliance with operations in a safe manner, reporting findings through the use of Near Miss as an incident prevention tool.
- Promote compliance with EHS requirements established in PPG.
- Promote Continuous Improvement
- Make decisions to stop operations, equipment, personnel and unsafe acts that may affect the safety of personnel and quality of the product, process and/or service.

**Qualifications**
- Chemical or Industrial Engineer, Chemist.
- Proven experience in production processes related to coatings.
- Advanced English.
