Your tasks
- Drive the team to identify critical and long lead time components during Maturity Evaluation ( ME).
- Track and document component introduction status and report to project team.
- Drive and support the team for the entire project milestones ( MLC Gates) to achieve on
- time.
- Provide support /status to all SQM-related gate review questions for each MLC gate to the project team.
- Support purchasing during sourcing evaluation process.
- work with plant SQM to provide continous APQP and PPAP status for each purchased component.
Drive KPI Management:
- Maturity Evaluation ( ME) On time and updated.
- Supplier component review ( SCR) to green status.
- Feasibility Commitment (FC) to green status.
- APQP support to plant SQM.
- PSW ontime and fisrt time.
- Provide Input for supplier improvement programs.
- Implement Lessons learned within SQM and BU for Component introduction, design, supplier selection, technology and series production issues.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 years of experience with SQM/Operations/Customer quality.
- English Advance
- Knowledge:
- Quality Management (Including quality policies, systems and processes).
- PLC and MLC.
- Product Safety.
- Risk Management.
- GD&T (Desirable)
