Roles & Responsibilities

*

Management of events activities in an orderly and efficient fashion ensuring compliance with applicable events guidelines, procedures, templates, protocols and visitors policy.

*

Serve as a point of contact for assigned employees to provide holistic event management services, including catering services, rooms set-ups, visitors’ access coordination, Audio and video equipment, entertainment, etc.

Critically assess and adjust the event management plan changing needs.

*

Address and respond to sensitive situations.

*

Identify and solve problems that may arise, sometimes with limited information.

*

Communicate regular updates to associates and stakeholders both verbally and in writing.

*

Address and fulfill Client associates’ inquiries in a polite and timely manner.

*

Assure an operations soft services like cafeteria, janitorial, front desk, BSC and events

*

Guarantee services requested by occupants and visitors related to AC, Lighting and electrical are provided, complying with the response times defined on the Response Priority Matrix.

*

Assure an integrated pest management plan for the site.

*

Develop a program to conduct and/or coordinate periodic inspections to ensure the space experience is consistent, and common areas are tidy and safe.

*

Work in partnership with the Client to fully understand business objectives, short, mid and long term vision to define projects, programs, initiatives, client-facing activities, budget requirements and/or change management strategy.

*

Maintain effective relationships between all parties, including but are not limited to Client’s employees, service areas, and other suppliers.

*

An Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Facilities, Property, Business or related field desirable

*

1+ year prior experience in events, facilities/property management, hospitality or related field preferred

*

Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms; proficiency in english required.

*

Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills

*

Excellent communication and problem solving skills

*

Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations

*

Self-motivated; confident, energetic, and flexible

Pay: $30,000.00 per month
