**Core Responsibilities**:

- Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition’s recruiting process
- Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
- Support Operations Team with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, database management)
- Assist with special TA projects
- Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
- Prepares reports, charts and diagrams to illustrate process improvements and project data.
- Assist IGS HR Operations Teams by working on projects to improve the overall service and employee experience
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Business, Business/Administration, Psychology.
- Strong Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite Skills
- Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to facilitate speaking with a wide variety of individuals
- High level of integrity with regards to the confidential nature of the position
- B1 level of English proficiency or higher and studying
