The Talent Acquisition Associate will collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition team, Human Resources Business Partners and hiring managers to support a variety of Mexico talent acquisition activities, including the following:- Develop effective relationships with HR team and hiring managers for assigned lines of business. Initial focus will center around recruiting, supporting the sourcing, hiring and onboarding of our workforce in the Mexico.- Engage business leaders and HR to understand the business direction and staffing strategy- Develop proactive and creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and create pipelines for critical skill areas- Build HR and hiring manager capability and shared ownership for recruiting at NXP- Provide regular, data-driven status updates on the progress of assigned requisitions and projects- Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external hiring events and other talent acquisition projects, as needed- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and maintain strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion
