Como Business Transformation Apprentice, formarás parte de un equipo dinámico en el que colaborarás en actividades operativas relacionadas a proyectos que liderarán cambios de alto impacto en la organización para el futuro. También tendrás la oportunidad de liderar y desarrollar proyectos innovadores en conjunto con otras áreas de la empresa y presentarlos a los líderes de la compañía. Tu objetivo: “Take what you find here and make it better”-Eli Lilly. Todo esto en un entorno de aprendizaje constante donde podrás adquirir nuevas habilidades y experiência profesional.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyo en creación o adaptación de estrategias globales a mercados locales en Latinoamérica.
- Desarrollo de herramientas para facilitar el manejo de múltiples proyectos al mismo tiempo y asegurar su éxito (ejemplo: Gantts, Diagramas de Flujo, Uso de Planner en Teams, Scorecards, etc.)
- Diseño y creación de presentaciones efectivas para comunicar plan, ejecución y resultado de múltiples proyectos al cuerpo directivo de LATAM.
- Creación y ejecución de campañas de comunicación internas con impacto en todos los empleados de 3 países.

Contacto directo con el equipo directivo de Latinoamérica, marketing, ventas y otros equipos cross-funcionales, además de tener contacto con equipos externos como agencias de marketing
