Moving forward we will start supporting special sustainability programs and perhaps you want to be part of that.**ObjectiveAs a Business Transformation Lead, is declared senior in a project given the experience and ability to conduct trainings and working sessions alone. A BT Lead acts a backup of the PM, being able to take over their activities if needed. The main responsibilities of the BT Lead are to provide inputs to the Project Manager to create the project plan, lead the mapping interview, provide trainings, take notes, evaluate deliverables and coach the BT Consultant to increase the seniority of the team.Also, needs to have executive presence by working closely with senior executives to solve challenging business problems by compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership.**Main responsibilities / functionsAs a Business Transformation Lead, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities:- Create agenda and schedule sessions for Co-Design event or Assessments- Lead mapping interviews and ask the required questions to the customers or- processes leaders- Conduct Hansei sessions after the meetings- Undertake strategy - assessment tasks (data gathering, structured data- analysis)- Lead Mapping and Co-Design sessions- Ensure adherence to the deliverable methodology- Design “As is - process mapping” and “To be-process mapping”- Validate and present Process Maps, Blueprint and other deliverables from the- BT Consultants if is needed- Execute Knowledge Transfer between other areas (e.g., NS Implementation)- Lead deliverables presentations and supervise/send report outs to customers- Participate on Internal projects for the continuous improvement of Bring IT- Define the project charter or scope of the BT projects**Technical Requirements**- Deep Business process understanding- Strong Excel knowledge- ERP fundamentals- LSS Green belt certified- PMI certified/Program Management- Agile methodology knowledge- Design Thinking concepts- Change Management fundamentals Desired Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of ERP Project management experience- NS experience is a plus- Strong communication skills- Strong customer experience focus- Leadership skills- Virtual presentation skills- Suite Success methodology expertise- Language skill: English, Full professional- proficiency- Multi-Cultural experience with 3rd Party- logistics partners.**Still not convinced you should apply?**In Bring IT we want to make a difference:- We take our talent’s wellbeing very seriously with a dedicated program called Bring IT is You- We value our Talent and provide learning and development opportunities for everyone- We are a winning Company with a agile and innovative mindset.**Our Values and Culture**This year we have chosen **teamwork** as our value in focus.
