Position Summary:
Develops annual brand plans for relevant regions and leads regional Marketing teams who execute agreed plans to drive business growth consistent with the INTL marketing cycle plan and global direction. Champions and communicates brand activation plans to local sales teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides input to strategy development and builds annual brand plans to meet business objectives in line with global direction and manage marketing plans across multiple locations
- Develops and manages activation of consumer and shopper communication and new product launches
- Ensures cross-functional alignment to agree and meet brand pricing, sales, share and margin targets
- Manages the A&P budget within agreed limits. Manages decomp and regional rollup of A&P budgets
- Manages and develops Brand Manager / Brand Activation Manager teams to achieve the above outcomes
- Demonstrates strong thought leadership and aligns actions with direction provided by the Marketing Director (as aligned with Trade group LT)
- Aligns and feeds upwards to INTL Promotions Council via IDM representative, develops thematic consumer promotional concepts and influences to deliver a winning program of consumer promotions.
What we are looking for:
- Job Experience
- 8-10 years in FMCG/CPG industry
- Management across multiple locations.
- Solid understanding of the role of Insights, Analytics and Shopper Marketing in Category Management
- Experience of quality outputs in retail audit data analysis
- Demonstrated competencies in critical thinking, teamwork, customer focus, and achieving results in alignment with business goals.
- Creative/media agency management experience
- Exhibits passion in achieving results, team leadership, collaboration, and change management
- Exhibits a strategic thinking and “Aligned and Empowered” mindset
- Highly proficient in presentation and analysis skills using MS Excel and Powerpoint, Nielsen and internal platforms
- Strong people management and interpersonal / presentation / organizational skills
- Language ability and cross culture business experience (where working across markets)
