Senior Product Manager, App Onboarding

**About the role**
- As a product manager in the Native Apps group, you’ll lead a team in delivering experiences that focus on helping customers on their shopping mission
- Through market and user research, you’ll explore, ideate, validate, and build products that ensure our users have a clear and easy path to purchase
- Will be responsible for crafting the vision, defining a roadmap, and prioritizing product features via opportunity sizing, continuous iteration and experimentation
- Define OKRs and track progress against them regularly, communicate plans and progress to cross-functional partners and leadership, and drive the execution and delivery of your team’s goals
- Will work closely with outstanding designers, user researchers, data analysts, engineers, and data scientists to build an immersive and business driving experience for Etsy’s buyers both within your team and with cross functional stakeholders
- Own and define/refine the metrics of your team’s products, including impact to our business and our customers.
- An occasion partner with Google and Apple to identify technology integration and promotion opportunities

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced at defining product strategies and crafting technical products from inception to launch, especially on mobile
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a cross-functional team, and have an interest in solving challenges in the app space
- A background in app development (non-engineering) and understanding of app platform nuance including experience with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Google’s Material Design
- Be a great communicator, both in writing and orally, and be a great listener. Skilled at establishing relationships with product, design, engineering and other team members, developing empathy and trust and influencing without authority.
- Experience with using qualitative and quantitative data (especially from A/B tests) to make product decisions. You also know when and how to balance data with intuition.
- Have proficiency in SQL/BigQuery (preferred)
- Known for delivering high quality work while keeping your own team productive, excited, and happy
