**What’s the role?**

We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to lead our App Enablement teams focused on improving the Etsy engineering experience for building Etsy apps.

As the Staff Product Manager for App Enablement you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the internal customers, defining and implementing the product strategy, and partnering closely with your engineering counterparts to solve high impact problems for your customers and the business. We build the platforms and tools for Data Science, Experimentation, Personalization, Product Development and our infrastructure is used by every engineering team. The App Enablement teams enable engineers to build Etsy Apps with modern and consistent tools and practices by investing in app architecture, quality signals, delivery mechanisms, and education.

**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Pair closely with the Director of Engineering to identify strategies and priorities for the 6 engineering squads
- Spend time with Etsy app engineers to develop a deep understanding of their needs
- Represent the App Enablement space with senior Product and Tech leadership, including the development and presentation of metrics/OKRs and strategy reviews
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering Leaders across Etsy to inform and influence outcomes

- Proven success in leading and developing high impact teams with meaningful goals
- Experience working on tools and software for internal customers, App experience a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and works well with a diverse set of roles.
- Deeply inquisitive and a desire to understand the “why”
- Ability to empathize with the customer and understand their needs
