**General Summary**:

- Assist Program Manager with product launch, launch tracking and post launch review. This will include preparing forms, participating in launch meetings, preparing timelines and communication with customers.
- Meet project timing per customer requirements.
- Ensure product launches stay on track by working with the entire launch team.
- Responsible to work with all levels of the organization to accomplish a successful project.
- ** Principal Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Preparing forms pertaining to the MTI Launch process such as Manufacturing Feasibility Review, Team Feasibility Review, Timelines and Post Launch Review. Upload documents to the appropriate locations.
- Preparation of Timelines using Microsoft Project Software.
- Hosting meetings for the launch process.
- Communication on the status of launches with customers on an as needed basis.
- Ensure the launch of each project. Ensuring the multidisciplinary team fulfills their responsibilities. Ensuring the performance of Quality, Costs and Deliveries at their expense.
- Carry out advanced Quality Planning activities and the development of new projects.
- Manage external and internal engineering changes.
- Clear and precise definition of the scope of the work to be carried out towards the functional areas.
- Division of work and clear assignment to the different units of the organization and external organizations (attention to contractual commitments).
- Clear setting of objectives for each functional work group in terms of a project, in which they must know as exactly as possible what is expected of them.
- General programming of works and resources, as a basis for a detailed programming (balance time-costs-resources) and support of the management system.
- Manage special projects assigned by plant management
- Attention to client audits, as well as the establishment of the information and communication system that allows controlling deadlines, costs, and quality.
- Resource management assigned by the sales manager and plant management.

- Visit customers in relation to projects as needed.
- Represent your organization in relations with other organizations involved in the project (clients, contractor, suppliers, process companies, engineering, etc.).

Requerimientos:
**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75%
- Must be able to move within the office, plant, and potentially to the customer.
- Constantly manages a computer and other office devices such as a calculator, copier, and printer.
- Must be able to communicate frequently with customers, employees, and others in person and by telephone

**Education & Experience Requirements**

o BS Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer or equivalent.o Minimum of 5 years of general knowledge in sales, quality, and project management.o Minimum of 3 years of management in a manufacturing environment.o Bilingual 100% (English).

**Position Authority**:

- Do not have reports under his/her responsibility
- The flow of authority is on the project in a vertical and horizontal way, perhaps acting as a colleague of their colleagues. The project management structure overlaps the functional organization, exercising a kind of horizontal hierarchy to achieve the objectives of the projects agreed with the clients.
