**Job Title: Systems Administrator (Windows)**Our company is dedicated to providing services to the electronics industry, supply chain solutions, and currently our main clients are Cisco and Lenovo. Our corporate headquarters are in the USA and we have two plants in Mexico, one located in Guadalajara and the other in Monterrey.**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**Responsible for the regional and cloud data center as well as monitoring and maintaining server and desktop functions.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**A. System administration and management of mid-range systems in a small data center.B. Troubleshoot/diagnose system problems and provide solutions.C. Add and remove users from the domain.D. Implement security policies and administrator security rules.E. Perform deployment of Azure resources (compute, storage, PaaS, etc)G. Perform installation and maintenance of Windows operating system, and for Network Server hardware platforms.H. Design and implement server administration, redundancy and disaster recovery policies.I. Participate with project teams and determine needs, evaluate performance, perform cost analysis and make recommendations for server hardware and software platforms.J. Provide system accounting reports for systems performance monitoring.K. Manage projects from installation through implementation, making it a production systems.L. Provide system documentation and standard operational procedure (SOP) input.M. Provide level 3 technical support for end users.N. Document completely and accurately all work activity and related time-spent checking/servicing systems.O. Troubleshoot TCP/IP network connection issues.P. Track system usage for short- and long-term planning purposes.Q. Participate in policy decision with a focus on customer satisfaction and performance.R. Provide on-call, off-hours support when needed.S. Provide technical direction and training to junior members of the engineering staff.**3. **POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**A. 1 - 2 experience as a systems administrator or equivalentB. Three years’ experience in a multi-server environmentC. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, AD, TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, IIS, Enterprise backup, System Center Management suite, Solarwinds, HP’s-ILP, Windows platform.D. MCSE or Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator required, MCSE+ preferred.E. Microsoft Virtual Server experience.G.
