Objetivo del puesto:
Asegura la máxima satisfacción de nuestros clientes internos y externos gestionando sus expectativas con el fin de lograr el objetivo de crear clientes fieles y duraderos. Maneja las operaciones diarias en línea en vivo y realiza funciones de servicio al cliente.
**Requisitos**:
Escolaridad Título universitario (preferentemente) o experiência equivalente en servicios en línea a los clientes.

**- Inglés Avanzado Nível C2**
Experiência:
- Experiência requerida en Salesforce
- Experiência con atención a clientes de Estados Unidos preferentemente
- Excepcionales habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
- Fuertes habilidades organizativas, atención al detalle
- Experiência trabajando con aplicaciones de software y
- Deseable experiência previa en servicio al cliente
- Competencia en inglés y español
*Principales actividades y responsabilidades*
- Actividades de atención al cliente en la prestación de servicios en línea en vivo
- Proporciona soporte básico de lecciones para instructores y estudiantes en línea en vivo
- Mantiene relaciones positivas con el cliente y asegura la satisfacción del cliente.
- Realiza orientaciones de la primera lección
- Programa lecciones para clientes e instructores
- Fomenta las reinscripciones de los clientes
**Horario laboral**:
De lunes a viernes de 7:30 a. m. a 3:30 p. m., hora del este de Estados Unidos
Y un día (sábado o domingo) al mes de 11:30 a.m. a 7:30 p.m. ET. de Estados Unidos
**Ofrecemos**:
Modalidad 100% Home Office
Sueldo Mensual $ 15,000.00 pesos brutos
