**Key Accountabilities**:

- Assist in the design, development, and documentation of IT infrastructure components in line with AZ’s Architectural Roadmap, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical expertise, sharing knowledge within project teams focused on the improvement and maintenance of IT Infrastructure Operations solutions.
- Collaborate in technical design reviews and ensure alignment with business needs and high-level designs.
- Support case preparation, supplier selection processes, and evaluation of external proposals.
- Perform routine maintenance, performance analysis, and reporting on existing infrastructure solutions.

**Education, Qualifications, and Experience**:

- Higher education with shown capability in a sophisticated IT environment.
- Prior experience in an Information Services / Information Technology environment.
- Experience in working within an organization passionate about quality and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with third-party vendors or suppliers.
- Familiarity with ITIL V3.0 practices.
- Relevant qualifications or training in enterprise management and monitoring tooling.

**Required Skills & Capabilities**:

- Tanium Agent Remediation,
- Creating reports in Tanium,

**Desirable**:

- Degree-level education in Computer Science or a related field.
- Direct experience within pharmaceutical or highly-regulated industries.
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of the external IT market.
