Whom Talent se encuentra en búsqueda de Reclutador masivo para ejecutivos de customer service Call Center bilingüe en Tijuana.

Funciones:

- Publicación de vacantes en plataformas de empleo.
- Realización de entrevistas iniciales (telefónicas y presenciales/remotas).
- Coordinación de entrevistas con líderes de área y equipos internos.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência de 1 año mínimo en reclutamiento masivo en call centers o perfiles bilingües.
- Dominio del inglés (Avanzado o C1).
- Conocimiento en plataformas de empleo y redes sociales (LinkedIn, OCC, Indeed, etc.).
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.
