We are currently seeking a HRIS Senior Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Works with business users to define standard reports, test those reports and update as needed. - Drives the effective reporting and data analysis programs for business users. - Conducts data audits and corrects errors uncovered. - May act as project lead on local projects. - Participates in testing of new modules / functionality and assists with rollout. - Implements programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR functions. - Provides expertise in areas of current and emerging capabilities and general HR systems technology trends.
