**Responsibilities**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain.**:

- **Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms.**:

- **Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.**:

- **Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience.**:

- **7-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.**:

- **Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must.**:

- **Strong communication and presentation skills.**:

- **Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.**:

- **Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.**:

- **Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).**:

- **Willing to travel up to 10-15% based on project needs.**
