**Position**:PPC Operations Manager Full time, Remote

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the PPC division, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and align with company objectives.
- Monitor team workflows and manage task assignments, ensuring effective allocation of resources to meet campaign deadlines.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PPC performance, providing updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular audits of PPC campaigns for quality assurance and adherence to best practices.
- Support PPC specialists by removing operational roadblocks, facilitating resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams when needed.
- Ensure all processes and procedures within the PPC division are documented, up-to-date, and optimized for efficiency.
- Collaborate with the PPC team to maintain compliance with industry standards, ad policies, and client requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within digital marketing or PPC.
- Familiarity with PPC platforms, including Google Ads, Social Ads, and LSA.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, generate performance reports, and make process improvement recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team oversight and cross-functional collaboration.
