**Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist in managing data science projects, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting tasks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders on data-driven projects.
- Conduct data analysis and generate insights that support decision-making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines and data infrastructure.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and goals.
- Contribute to the mentoring and development of junior team members.
- Support senior team members in identifying and addressing data science opportunities.
- Assist in the implementation of best practices in data analysis and modeling.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
- Proficiencies in data cleansing, exploratory data analysis, and data visualization
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

**Other Qualifications**:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field is advantageous
- Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) is a plus
