Experiência y requisitos
- Experience in Electronics: o Minimum 7 year experience in SMT Process. o Minimum 7 year experience in Through hole, Radial, Router, Selective and Wave Process. o Programming and recipes development on SMT (Screen Printer, SPI, Reflow Oven Profiling, AOI, X-ray programming). o Strong knowledge in Soldering-Profiling Process: SMT reflow ovens, selective and wave solder. o Experience in Fuji, Parmi, Kohyoung, Dage is a plus. o Knowledge in Boards Finishes and design. o Knowledge in IPC-A-610 required. o Knowledge in Lead and Lead-Free process o Experience in Stencils, SMT-Wave Pallets design. o Experience in Juki, Vitronics, Universal,and Phillarhouse is a plus. o Proficiency on mechanical and assembly problem solving experience. o Knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T). o Experience with manual, semi-automated assembly tooling. o Knowledge on packing process and materials. o Torque specification. o Know how on Material management for epoxy, glue, paint, etc. (shelf life, temperature, humidity controls). - Certifications: Green belt and/or lean manufacturing is a plus. - Knowledge in ergonomics topics. - Knowledge on project management and capex project proposal to implementation. - Know how on DFM: Design for Manufacturing. - PCBA panelization definition.
