Key Responsibilities: _(What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required)_
- Customer RFQ: Analyze customer requests for quotation, share with the team ans collect the quotations from the suppliers selected. Then share the numbers with our customers
- Customer sales orders: Register the customers orders in our SAP syste in a sales order.
- Purchase order: Run MRP reports in order to obtain the pending products to allocate with suppliers and create the orders. Send the orders to supplier after the authorization process and ensure the delivery on time of those.
- Logistics notifiaction: When products are finished with suppliers, we need to ensure the proper notification to the logistics team in order to proceed with the shipping.
- Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Ensure to acomplis the mandatory safety trainnings and show our safety culture while visiting suppliers
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: _(Add MAX 4 bullets of desired eligibility requirements)_
- English is mandatory.
- International business Bachelor or similar.
- SAP knowlodge is desireed.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
