**Your Mission**

Plan, execute, and monitor high-impact sales strategies. As a key player, you’ll lead your team to achieve ambitious goals and expand into new international markets—all while working in a dynamic, professional environment.

- Location & Schedule: Prado Sur, Mexico City | Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm.

**What You’ll Do**
- Design and implement strategic sales plans.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and trimester sales targets.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance team performance.
- Resolve conflicts and ensure alignment with goals.
- Explore and secure new international markets.
- Train, motivate, and inspire your sales team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Requirements_
- Experience: 10+ years as a sales team leader (verifiable).
- Education: Degree in Electronics/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Business (Master’s preferred).
- Skills: Negotiation, prospecting, team management, and sales closing.
- Knowledge: Industrial sales and telemarketing expertise.
- Language: Advanced English (required).
- Leadership: Proven ability to inspire, develop and manage a high-performing team.

Pay: $25,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month
