Foreign Trade Coordinator

The Foreign Trade Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, optimizing logistics costs, and facilitating international trade. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient global supply chain and ensuring regulatory compliance in every transaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and manage import and export processes, ensuring compliance with trade and customs regulations.
- Supervise and prepare the required documentation for foreign trade operations (invoices, customs declarations, certificates of origin, permits, etc.).
- Negotiate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to optimize costs and delivery times.
- Ensure compliance with international trade agreements and government regulations.
- Develop and oversee international logistics strategies, including multimodal transport (air, sea, and land).
- Monitor and optimize tariff costs, taxes, and clearance times.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes in foreign trade and propose adaptation strategies.
- Collaborate with departments such as procurement, production, and sales to ensure material and product supply.
- Manage risks in the international supply chain and resolve issues related to logistics and customs.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreign trade, customs, or international logistics.
- Knowledge of customs regulations, free trade agreements, tariffs, and international regulations.
- Experience with customs management systems and logistics software.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing logistics providers.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making capabilities.
