Quality Process Engineer**Job Summary**The Quality Engineer - PCBA is responsible for ensuring that all PCBA products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry specifications and customer requirements. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and supplier quality, to develop and implement quality control processes, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Quality Control and Assurance**:- Develop and implement quality control plans for PCBA production.- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of PCBAs to ensure conformance to specifications and standards.- Utilize various inspection and testing tools and techniques, including AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), X-ray, and functional testing.- **Process Improvement**:- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to improve PCBA assembly processes and yields.- **Supplier Quality Management**:- Work with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.- Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their quality systems and processes.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement.- **Compliance and Standards**:- Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, and ISO 9001.
