We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented **Paid Campaigns Specialist** to join our team. This position focuses on lead generation and B2B strategies, with a strong emphasis on Google Ads experience.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms to drive measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage, and optimize **Google Ads** and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Execute paid strategies across digital channels
- Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to create effective content
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments as needed
- Contribute to strategic lead generation and B2B marketing efforts

**Requirements**:

- **Google Ads experience is a must**:

- Facebook Ads experience preferred
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation and B2B strategies
- Proven experience in creating paid campaigns, not just managing
- Strong written and spoken English fluency
- Must be located in Guadalajara
- Home office available, but office presence is required occasionally
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads certifications are a _plus_
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently
