- Manage and assure the fulfillment of Quality System requirements, including but not limitative IATF 16949.
- Responsible to plan, coordinate and execute quality system, process & product internal audits according to requirements as a lead auditor.
- Prepare, coordinate and carry out quality management reviews according to intervals defined.
- Participate in training activities for quality tools, metrics and different topics.
- Develop tools to support the company to monitor, measure, analyze and improve the processes as well as customer satisfaction.
- Update monthly KPI related to Quality Management System.
- Assure that the Company take corrective actions to eliminate non conformities causes to avoid any reoccurrence as well as preventive actions to eliminate potential non conformities.
- Control of documents required for integrated management system.
- Identify, communicate and assure the implementation of customer specific requirements.
- Responsible to attend quality system audits from customer, headquarter and certification body.
- Establish together with Quality Manager, the quality system objectives.
- Introduction, permanent improvement and development of management system and continued improvement of our processes (interface optimization) at the location in accordance to IATF 16949.
- Ensuring compliance to internal and external quality requirement (IATF 16949 and ISO 9001).
- Accomplish with the requirements of: IATF 16949, ISO 14001.
- Accomplish with the environmental policy and objectives. Knowledge the aspects and impacts environmental, as well the emergency plan.
- Communication with BU for global topics for QMS.

- Education: Industrial, mechanical, electromechanically Engineer or similar.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience with at least 2 years in automotive industry.
- English: Advanced.
- ERP: SAP.
- Compliance with annual audits (IATF/VDA 6.3).
- LPA program compliance.
- Closure of non-conformities on time for audits.
- ISO, ASTM, ASME, DIN.
- IATF System (CARA PORTAL).
- Lead auditor/Internal auditor IATF 16949.
- Internal auditor of ISO 14001.
- Internal auditor VDA 6.3.
- ISO 19011.
- Green or Black Belt.
- Core Tools.
- GD&T.
