**Responsibilities**:- Manage, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and VDA standards.- Plan, coordinate, and monitor internal, customer, and certification audits.- Provide timely responses to findings and corrective actions resulting from audits.- Ensure compliance with specific requirements from automotive customers such as BMW, KIA, and GM, among others.- Coordinate the creation, control, and updating of procedures, work instructions, and system formats.- Support the management of quality indicators and continuous improvement plans.- Coordinate training related to the quality management system.- Participate in management reviews and system improvement projects.**Requirements**:- Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Quality Engineering, or related field.- Experience: Minimum 5 years in quality management systems within the automotive industry.**Knowledge**:- IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA 6.3- Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)- Internal and third-party audits- Specific requirements from automotive customers (BMW, KIA, GM, among others)**Skills**:- Advanced English (spoken and written)- Leadership and effective communication- Analytical skills and results-oriented mindset- Proficiency in continuous improvement tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D)- Availability: Willingness to travel and attend audits at plant or customer sites.**Key Competencies**:- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting OEM standards.- Technical leadership and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and achievementof quality objectives.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
