**Descripcion**:
Responsible for processing customer warranty claims for luminaire, control and lamp products.

**RESPONSABILIDAD Y AUTORIDAD**:

- Collect information from customers concerning product failures.
- Validate warranty claims to help identify quality issues and determine long and short-term resolution of problems.
- Direct failed product returns from customers for analysis
- Provide technical evaluation and root cause analysis on product failures.
- Response any Claim reported before 48hrs

**FUNCIONES Y ACTIVIDADES**:

- Log failure data into database for tracking.
- Log all results at Salesforce system
- Response any Claim reported before 48hrs
- Sent by weekly bases the Warranty order report

At least 5 year of experience as a Quality Engineer / Manufacturing or Process Engineer

Internal Quality Auditor ISO 9001

Knowledge of fundamental electrical and electronic concepts, practices and procedures applied to testing and measurement equipment, operation and troubleshooting.

Lean experience

Green Belt experience

Knowledge at Corrective /Preventive actions

Customer service
- Traveling availability

Ability to handle pressure situations and dissatisfied customers.

As a customer facing position, must be able to communicate with customers with a professional and courteous manner.

Internal Auditor

Ability to handle pressure situations and dissatisfied customers.

Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication skills. Must be able to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment.

Knowledgeable of LED lighting and control products and catalog logic. Able to accurately identify product characteristics and options using ordering number logic.

Demonstrate PC skills with ERP knowledge and experience in SAP.

Must possess initiative as a self-starter and perform with mínimal supervision. Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
