HRPV is hiring Bilingual Junior Legal Assistants to support U.S. law firms from our office in Guadalajara. No legal experience needed HRPV offers a Career Launch Program with paid training where we teach you everything step by step to become a Bilingual Junior Legal Assistant for U.S. law firms.

**Responsibilities**
As a **Junior Legal Assistant**, you will:

- Provide case updates and schedule attorney appointments
- Manage and organize legal documentation
- Perform administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Work with legal software to update case files

**Requirements**:
To apply, you must meet the following:

- Fluent English **,**written and spoken
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, office administration, or similar roles
- High school diploma or higher education
- Living in Guadalajara or nearby areas (on-site position)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Availability for a full-time Monday-Friday schedule
