**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SysAdmin**: Install, configure, and manage servers and network systems.
- **DBA**: Design, install, and maintain database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
- Monitor system and database performance and perform tuning.
- Implement backups, disaster recovery, and security measures.
- Troubleshoot system and database issues.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Proficiency in database administration and scripting (SQL).
- Familiarity with virtualization, cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Strong knowledge of backup/recovery tools and cybersecurity best practices.
