Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Tool Room Management
- Supervise and coordinate mold and tool production and repair activities in the molding area within estimated time and cost under quality standards
- Generate work reports
- Coordinate and distribute work according to priorities
- Train and evaluate the development of the persoanl in your area.
- Evaluate and develop suppliers
- Manufacture, repair, design molds and tools.
- Advise and participate in the making of new products and/or in the modification of current products.
- Develop, modify and maintain the operating procedures and standards of tool room functions.
- Comply with the legal aspect related to your position
- Attend and participate in the meetings that are required
- Propose and participate in savings projects
- Follow up overtime consumption
- Follow 5S's program procedures.
- Perform capacity analysis in the Tool Room

Experiência y requisitos
- University degree Mechanical Engineering or related
- 5 years of experience
- English Advanced
- Excellent leadership and man
- management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional team members
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Kaizen, lean manufacturing
- Experience of managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities for manufacturing
- Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain
- Understanding of TS16949, IOSH/NEBOSH, ISO 14001
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience
