**Position Summary and Purpose**:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Familiarity with logistics management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Transportation**: Arrange transportation for shipments, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and scheduling deliveries to meet customer demands.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- **Documentation**:Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, including bills of lading, shipping manifests, and customs documentation. Ensure all paperwork complies with regulatory requirements.
- **Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Communicate shipment status updates and address any issues or delays promptly.
- **Problem Resolution**:Identify and resolve logístical problems in a timely manner, such as shipping delays, route changes, or damaged goods. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement effective solutions.
- **Cost Optimization**: Work closely with management to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the logistics process. Monitor transportation expenses and seek ways to minimize costs without compromising service quality.
- **Compliance**: Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and guidelines related to transportation, customs, and trade.
- **Performance Metrics**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, such as on-time delivery rates, inventory turnover, and transportation costs. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

**We offer**:

- Gross salary of $25,000 to $28,000 MXN per month.
- Benefits above the legal requirements.

**Workplace**: Colonia Ladrón de Guevara.
