**We're Hiring: Guest Experience Manager - Short-Term Rentals (Remote)**
Coveted Hospitality is a fast-growing short-term rental company managing a large portfolio of STR properties across multiple cities. We're looking for a **Guest Experience Manager**with a hotel or hospitality background to join our remote team and help elevate the guest experience across all of our listings.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Manage all guest communication from pre-booking to post-checkout
- Ensure timely responses to inquiries, issues, and special requests
- Coordinate with cleaning teams, maintenance staff, and operations managers
- Review and respond to guest feedback and reviews
- Maintain and improve automated guest messaging flows
- Track and escalate property-level issues as needed
**What We’re Looking For**:
- **Hotel or hospitality experience required** (front desk, concierge, guest services, etc.)
- **Fluent English with a clear, neutral or American accent**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and handle multiple properties at once
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals preferred
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Hospitable, Breezeway, Slack, Google Workspace
**About the Role**:
- **Remote**, full-time position
- Must be available to work some evenings or weekends as needed
- Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $17,946.63 - $21,934.77 per month
