**Executive Assistant & Invoicing Support - Remote**:

Highly reputable painting company in Canada. A small, family-owned construction company with ambitious growth goals. We're seeking a motivated individual who wants to grow alongside us, work closely with ownership, and be rewarded for their hard work and impact.

**Compensation**:
CA$9.50 - CA$16.50 per hour (independent contractor, paid in CAD; PHP equivalent may vary) + performance bonuses

**Job Type**:
Full-time, Independent Contractor (not an employee role)

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Managing executive calendars and schedules
- Coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines are met
- Writing and managing executive-level communications
- Conducting research and preparing briefings
- Creating systems and workflows to streamline operations
- Handling vendor coordination and expenses
- Acting as liaison between leadership, team, and clients

**What We're Looking For**
- 3+ years supporting executives or business leaders
- Highly proactive, solutions-oriented, able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, project management software, CRMs, automation tools
- Financial literacy (expenses, budgets, vendor management)
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability
