You will gain the opportunity to liaise with and learn from individuals and organizations across Emerging markets that are shaping the way we live.**As a Business Development Assistant your mission will consist of**:- Initiating the first contact with industry executives and policymakers- Interacting with media and PR teams from global firms, organizing presentation decks, taking pitch calls- Joining the CEO and Senior management on client meetings (possibility to travel for short assignments)- Regular reporting of business activity: contacts, activity, pipeline, brief reports through our CRM system- Identifying and partnering with regional conferences.- Any complementary mission that is required to contribute to strengthening PharmaBoardroom’s reach and presence across the Emerging markets region.**Requirements**:- A university degree - preferable business or lifescience background.- Fluency in business English and Spanish (both spoken and written)- High level of autonomy; a passion for learning and enthusiastic- A dynamic approach to prospecting- Excellent oral & written skills**Location and conditions**:- Mexico City (Hybrid)- Full-time / Part-time**What we offer**:- Fixed salary & bonus- Possibility to travel across the region- A fast-paced and fun working environmentNo need for a formal motivational letter.
