**IT Business Analyst Specialist**

**What can you expect?**
- Translates business strategies and objectives into business requirements.
- Provides traceability of business requirements to IT Solutions and ensures system testing encompasses existing capabilities of solution as well as future function point requirements.
- Identifies, verifies and documents functional requirements using Requirements Management methodology and tools. Identifies data elements and provides data mappings/dictionaries.
- Analyzes, designs, redesigns and documents “as is” and “to be” business processes. Ensures development community has a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
- Conducts/facilitates acceptance tests for solutions with user community, including, development of UAT test scenario and test scripts.
- Partners with Business/IT in define and management of scope with each release.

- Drive requirements to completion for clarity
- Support Project Managers in the execution of IT Projects
- Drive business goals and support business objectives
- Flexibility to work weekend or off hours to deploy system implementations.
- Perform QA testing as necessary.

- A degree in Computer Science or related field or have relevant experience
- Typically 5 years as Business Analyst or Project Manager

- Be a liaison between business and IT and be able to confidently communicate to both groups.
