The Configuration Support is responsible for supporting the Configuration department through preparation, creation and maintenance of products and their related documentations as required.
- Manage device master records (DMRs) activities such as item entry, maintenance, and Lifecycle changes in AGILE PLM, Setmaker and Oracle EBS systems in compliance with company procedures, GMP, and all National and International Quality Standards.
- Maintain all master documents including BOM, product drawings, specifications and procedures
- Create and maintain associated device Bill of Materials (BOM) and routers
- Prepare, route, monitor and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in AGILE PLM and Oracle EBS systems for both New DMR releases and changes to existing Items.
- Retrieve, view, edit, and print DMR records and other documents as required
- Review and approve DMR records and documents electronically
- Follow the annual maintenance plan to ensure product data is accurate and information is in synch with QMS and EBS systems.
- Cross check an implemented Engineering Change Order (ECO) as assigned
- Support requests from other departments for troubleshooting issues related to documentation and configuration records.
- Coordinates the implementation of engineering change order redlines.
- Modify an existing routine, qualified drawing in SetMaker as needed
- Work on special assignments as they arise

Experiência y requisitos
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

Education and Experience
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- 0-2 years of configuration experience
- Experience with an ERP system
- Experience in medical device manufacturing or sales
- Experience in engineering drawing, marketing, or customer service
