**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**

Apoyar la agenda de relaciones con los empleados. Impulsar y controlar la Plataforma de Proveedores Especializados y la Plataforma de Asistencia de Servicios Especializados.

**Foco Geográfico**:Mexico

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Auditoría y Control: Plataforma de proveedores especializados (DYNA).
- Impulsar la plataforma de asistencia de servicios especializados (eCARE) tanto en comunicación, análisis de datos, renovación de contratos e Incidencia.
- Análisis de datos.
- Control de cuadros de mando de ER (Relaciones Laborales).
- Apoyar la agenda de ER (TM&D, OPS & Area Office), NOM-035, negociaciones de Convenios Colectivos de Trabajo, PTU, entrenamientos, agenda de la Unión.
- Apoyar los pagos de terceros.

**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**
- Estudiantes de Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales, Abogado enfocado en Derecho Laboral, o cualquier campo relacionado.
- Preferiblemente con experiência en Recursos Humanos.
- Nível intermedio de Microsoft Office: Power Point, Excel, Word.
- Inglés fluido (avanzado).
- Manejo de Canva / diseño.
- Orientación al servicio al cliente.
- Un auto iniciador, así como motivado y ambicioso.
- Tener fuertes habilidades analíticas, comunicativas y de negociación.

**DESEABLE**
- Competencias interculturales de experiência internacional.
- Conocimientos en Power BI.
