**Payroll Analyst 2**

**Education**:

- Minimum Requirements: 1. High school education, preferably a technical degree or a truncated degree, as long as you have at least 2 years of experience in the Payroll area. 2. If you have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related degree, you may be a recent graduate, even if you have no experience. **. A Bachelor's degree and experience are preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum Requirements: 1) At least 1 year of education for a Bachelor's degree, a technical degree, or a truncated degree. 2) No experience is required if you have a Bachelor's degree. ** It is desirable to have as much experience as possible in the Payroll area.

**Knowledge**:

- Payroll system management: preferably Eslabón, but not essential for this system; it can be another system, as long as it is a Payroll system.
- Good command of Excel.

**Minimum Knowledge**:

- 1) Basic knowledge of Social Security, Infonavit, Income Tax Law, Federal Labor Law. ** Greater knowledge is more desirable.

**Skills/Competencies**:

- Analytical skills, Responsible, results-oriented, initiative-driven, proactive, stable.

**Responsibilities/Activities**:

- Pre-payroll preparation
- Review and reconciliation of hours and employees before payroll payment.
- Support in Fonacot control
- Support in alimony control
- Support in check preparation
- Preparation and control of payments to payroll providers
- Review of employee incidents
- Support in clarifying employee questions
- Among other duties
