**Payroll Specialist****Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred- Minimum 3-5 years of multi-entity payroll processing experience- Experience with enterprise payroll systems (Dayforce, SAP, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms) and Microsoft- Office Applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.)- Knowledge of integrated HR/Payroll systems and data management- Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish required.**Technical Skills**- Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas (vlookups, xlookups, IF statements, etc.), pivot tables,- and data analysis- Understanding of payroll interfaces, file imports, and system integrations- Familiarity with time and attendance systems and data validation processes**Key Responsibilities**- Multi-Entity Payroll Processing- Process weekly, biweekly, and other frequency payrolls for multiple operating companies simultaneously- Manage complex payroll calendars with varying pay periods, transmission dates, and funding- deadlines across entities- Execute end-to-end payroll cycles from pre-processing preparation through post-payroll activitiesand reporting- Handle scenarios where multiple payroll frequencies and special processing requirements converge- Coordinate payroll processing across different time zones and banking requirementsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuento de empleados- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: remoto híbrido en 14010, Parque del Pedregal, CDMX
