**About the Job**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage planning and coordination of various events, including conferences, tradeshows, seminars, workshops, and private Airbase field events.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Support logistics planning, including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation.
- Request event prospectuses and schedule intro calls with event coordinators.
- Provide on-site assistance during larger events, ensuring all elements run smoothly and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Manage lead capture, coordinate lead flow, and follow-up activities with Marketing and Revenue Operations.

**About You**:

- Proven extensive experience in event management with a solid understanding of event planning processes.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You thrive collaborating in a team with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms for event promotion.
- Preferred technology competencies.
- Google Suite (Especially Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Asana or experience with other project management software, zoom, including advanced settings.
