OBJETIVO

Como Contralor Financiero, será responsable de liderar e impulsar las actividades financieras, así como de ejecutar las decisiones estratégicas y realizar análisis sobre la eficacia operativa, el rendimiento, la planificación financiera y la gestión/previsión presupuestaria usando los cálculos contables para recomendar medidas tangibles para administrar de mejor forma los activos con los que dispone la empresa.

Es vital para certificar que los fondos y recursos se distribuyan de manera óptima para que la organización opere de forma sincronizada según lo planeado.

Apoyando a la dirección local para mejorar su comprensión y control de su actividad.

RESPONSABILIDADES

Garantizar la integridad y exactitud de los informes financieros mensuales y trimestrales.

Asesorar proactivamente a la dirección sobre los aspectos financieros/presupuestarios en diferentes horizontes temporales.

Contribuir a las reuniones con las principales partes interesadas internas.

Proponer y preparar análisis (por ejemplo, análisis de ventas, márgenes, gastos, ROI, análisis comercial tridimensional, conciliación de datos comerciales y financieros, control y optimización de gastos operativos, análisis de gastos de la sede central, análisis de RR.HH., etc.) e informes financieros explicando las desviaciones con respecto al presupuesto y al año anterior para el equipo directivo con el fin de mejorar la toma de decisiones.

Gestionar un equipo de 1 persona y colaborar entre departamentos.

Colaboración en profundidad del proceso de Planificación Financiera.

Gestión de proyectos para la implantación de la Herramienta de Planificación Financiera.

Establece e implementa metas y objetivos departamentales a corto y largo plazo.

Formular proyecciones con respecto a las inversiones de capital

Recomendar parámetros e indicadores para medir la salud financiera de la empresa.

Calcular y analizar las mediciones financieras.

Gestionar el presupuesto anual.

Pronosticar las tendencias en el mercado y el sector para la toma de decisiones financieras.

Calcular las discrepancias con el presupuesto establecido y reportar las variaciones significativas a la alta dirección.

Procesar los costos en el sistema de gestión financiera.

REQUISITOS

Lic. en Finanzas

Maestría en Finanzas (deseable)

Ingles Avanzado

Licencia de Manejo (automático y estándar)

Disponibilidad para viajes Nacionales e Internacionales

Conocimiento en:

- MSO (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- SAP
- Herramientas de Business Intelligence como Cognos, QlikView o Lumira.

Experiência de 10 años en Finanzas y de 3 años preferiblemente en un puesto de gestión similar manejando:
