**Escolaridad**:
Licenciatura en Informática o similar

**Requisitos**:

- **+10 años en un puesto similar, por ejemplo, Release Manager, Release Operations, Change Management**:

- Experiência manejando múltiples aplicaciones y versiones a nível de dominio o ejecutivo tecnológico.
- Experiência apoyando en gerencia para el los objetivos establecidos.
- Experiência como mentor de los nuevos miembros del equipo.
- Experiência identificando lagunas en los procesos, riesgos y otros elementos de excelencia operativa.
- Dominio de la herramienta de gestión de cambios ITSM Remedy Change Management.
- Conocimiento experto de las directrices MRA 2
- Experiência trabajando con distintas áreas de TI (Desarrollo de aplicaciones, TI, DevOps, socios comerciales, etc)
- **Ingles: Avanzado (Indispensable)**

**Habilidades deseables**:

- Documentar las mejoras de los nuevos procesos para compartirlas con los miembros del equipo.
- Preparar planes de lanzamiento con un nível detallado de información

**Deseable**:Experiência en la industria financiera.

**Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 6:00 PM**

**Zona de trabajo: Cd. México - (Cerca del Metro Auditorio) Esquema Híbrido (3 - 4 días en sitio)**
