Project Manager 3 (Design/Engineering) anages the development and implementation process of a company’s products and services. Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

5+ years of experience working on NPI environment for electronic industry
Knowledge on SMT process
5+ years of experience managing large group of people.

Set NPI Process for existing and new customers
Manage the group of Project Managers working on the introduction of New Products.
Drive internal cadence to ensure milestones are met for individual projects.
Communicate NPI Plan and Projects to staff
Develop Process Improvement Plan for NPI Process as part of Continuous Improvement
Manage the NPI Roadmap to adequately plan resources and identify gaps and opportunities.
Drive a smooth introduction of new products in the plant, by coordinating all the different functions in the plant in preparation of new businesses.
Manage a group of Project Managers in the most efficient way to execute multiple projects simultaneously, using proper methodology, cadence and KPI.
