**Descripción y Requisitos**
- The continuous improvement Coordinator, Work with all company sites to implement and standardize processes ,is responsible for ensuring standardization of the manufacturing processes across all factories world. The responsibilities also include process improvement activities, aiming at increasing productivity, reducing inefficiencies, and ensuring that finish products meet the quality standards using data analytics and LEAN manufacturing tools.**Qualifications**:
- Strong data analytical skills;
- Six sigma certifications.
- Strong manufacturing experience
- LEAN manufacturing experience
- Bilingual in English written and spoken +100%
- Available for traveling
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that any process and engineering changes across all factories are being properly documented and approved;
- Identify weaknesses, process deviations and areas of improvements using data analytics and implement process improvements and corrective actions in collaboration with the local teams to address non compliances;
- Analyze data collected from the manufacturing systems to proactively propose actions and strategies to improve productivity, process consistency and quality;
- Perform internal audits in all the facilities to ensure compliance of the manufacturing processes;
- Develop, review and update standard operations procedures and work instructions;
- Ensure standardized and up to date work instructions for all manufacturing processes and equipment in a collaboration with the local process engineers;
- Develop and coordinate a global internal compliance audit program;
- Ensure that a process change system is in place and coordinate process validation with local Engineers/Operation Managers;
- Participate to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing projects in order to standardize processes across all facilities;
- Register all process improvements globally, and coordinate communications across all the factories;
- Support maintenance and global certification of AIM’s latest quality standard, ISO 9001 ,14001 and IATF 16949;
- Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements
- Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Manage the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEA’s (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
- Lead 6 sigma projects using DMAIC and JDI methodology;
- Participate in the analysis and root cause of non-conformities and 8D reports.Puesto: Coordinador**Información Adicional**
