**Descripción y Requisitos**:**Continuous Improvement Supervisor****Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. La Cuesta Plant TRIM Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.As a**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**:- Proactive leadership in the implementation of the Culture of Continuous Improvement.- Involvement in the process of continuous improvement in quality aspects, Poka yoke devices, cost reduction and training in general.- Propose changes to current and future processes based on Lean or Six Sigma concepts.- Participate as a member of the creative team of the culture of change.- Analysis of standardized work in direct and indirect personnel.- Training for Green Belt through the Six Sigma methodology.- Participation in the evaluation of the OEA (Operational Excellence Assessment).- Follow up to 5’s of plant.- Personnel administration.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**:- Bachelor’s degree engineering preferred.- +2 years of experience as CI supervisor or CI Coordinator.- English level: Essential Bilingual.- Certification in six sigma Green Belt required- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing required.Puesto: Ingeniero- **Información Adicional**: Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais:MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
