We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.

**About The Role**

**Roles & Responsibilities**

Key Responsibilities:

- User Onboarding/Offboarding:

- Assist with adding/removing new users to platforms such as Google Workspace, Krisp, Zoom, Slack, and LastPass.
- Inventory and Asset Tracking:

- Support the IT team in managing inventory, including tracking hardware and software assets.
- Ensure accurate records of IT equipment and licenses.
- Ticket Management:

- Handle IT tickets, including password resets, app installations, and adding/removing users in Slack channels.
- Prioritize and route tickets to the appropriate team members (Finance, IT Manager, or self) as needed.
- Documentation and Knowledge Base Updates:

- Assist in creating and updating how-to guides and IT documentation on the Notion IT page.
- Ensure all resources are clear, accurate, and accessible for internal users.
- Administrative Support:

- Create shipping labels for IT-related shipments as required.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the IT team as needed.

**What You Offer**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of IT systems and tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms (e.g., Notion) is a plus.

**Work Environment Requirements**

As a remote-first company we primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
